SINGAPORE SATAY STEAK

Ingredient: - 600g chicken or pork cut into cubes, then sieve them slightly - 2 cucumbers sliced - 2bulbs of onion peeled & sliced - 40 sticks for steak Spice for grille (mixed spices) - 1 citronella peeled and use the white part - 10 bulbs of scallion peeled - 2 teaspoons of coriander powder - 1 teaspoon of cuminpowder, 1 teaspoon of curcumapowder - ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder - 1½teaspoons of salt - 2 teaspoons of sugar - 2 full soupspoons of roasted pea-nutpowder - 1 soupspoons of oil Recipe: - Mix meat with mixed spices for 30’, then thread meat through the sticks - Grill meat on the stove outdoor or put on the top grille in the stove at 240ºC for 5 -7 minutes for each side, spread oil on each one while grilling
